Hello and welcome to our website.

The Karma Enduro is a 2 week endurance rally, with 100 teams driving 2000km through Southern India. We are a team of father and son and begin our adventure in November 2011. The purpose of this exciting event is to raise money for local charities in the U.K. and India.

Every year the event raises over £140,000 for two very worthy causes. Our target is to raise at least £10,000 before going to India. This is an ambitious goal, and we feel the charities involved deserve every penny. We are seeking your help, and have some interesting ways in which you can.

Video cameras, microphones and shiny new gadgetry

Have a look at our new toy. We have invested in an HD camcorder to film our adventures in India. The the lovely people at Rode and Source Distribution UK donated that furry thing on the top. How kind!

We're going to take heaps of footage, and have it all edited by the talented Darren Allan into one neat, informative and entertaining package which we can present to...the world?

Just a few weeks to take off!

Things are really hectic right now. David is hard at work with his latest project whilst Ryan is getting to grips with life away from University and a new job!

We're both very excited to be leaving soon but there is plenty to do. We are currently having stickers printed for our'Amby', and all the other last minute things

We have planned to make a short film of footage through India! We just know we're going to see countless amazing sights, colours, people and places everyday; so we want to share this with everyone when we get back. Exciting stuff (particularly as neither of us has filmed anything before).

Radio Interview

This is an discussion Ryan had on "The Morning Show" all about the Karma Enduro and my fund raising.
In it Ryan talks about what we're doing, who we're doing it for, where we'll be going, how we're fundraising and all the other essential bits.

It has been cut down a little, but thats radio for you. He could have talked and talked about this topic!

A huge thanks to Tom Cook and his team for the interview and production.

Sponsored Karma Skydive

On Sunday 27th March 12 brave souls including ourselves completed a charity tandem skydive.

It was a cloudy spring day when we gathered in Huddersfield University car park ready to set-off. The weather was not in our favour and skies were still overcast as we arrived at Hibaldstow Airfield, home of the 15K experience; Britain’s highest skydive.

After much sitting, pool, table football and burgers, the clouds parted and we were suited up for our jump. Personally I think it was an incredible, unforgettable, experience. It feels like nothing else!

The event was a massive success and everyone loved their jump. The atmosphere was brilliant. Some sponsorship is still coming in but this event raised a massive £2000! Huge thanks to the fundraisers and all of their generous sponsors. Check out the photos!!!

Karma Live Music - A sound success.

10th December 2010

A massive thankyou goes out to all the performers, supporters and of course the crowd for making this a brilliant night of Live Music. We had around 100 people come to see The Revenues, Decades, NAKED, The Bakewell Tarts and Tom Kerswill. We managed to raise over £390. A great night was had by all, especially those who won prizes in our fundraising raffle. We'll be sure to do another in the new year.

Check out the pictures page to see what happened!

Our first fundraising event...

29th May 2010 - Ryton Hirings

Today was the Hirings festival in Ryton Village, Tyne & Wear. This is a twice annual fair which has proven to be popular. All of the proceeds from the fair go to charity. In aid of our Karma Enduro Rally, we ran guided tours of the walled garden in The Grove estate, a large property in the village. We also ran a small cafe, and sold plants and herbs grown in the gardens. This proved popular and today we raised a total of £109. If you were there, thank-you!
